Computerized Management of Molding Conditions
Molding parameters are digitally recorded and managed through an integrated system. Production carts are equipped with tablets, allowing operators to directly input molding conditions during mold setup and changeovers, ensuring that all variations are tracked and controlled. Multiple wall-mounted computers are also installed across the shop floor, enabling operators to conveniently enter inspection data and access SOPs in real time, greatly improving efficiency and accuracy.
There are many wall-mounted computers, so it is easy for operators to input and check DATA and query SOP operation standards.
